Bring a Friend Saturday Mornings for the month of August for FREE
Thanks to everyone that brought a friend over the past few weekends.
We hope everyone had fun and we look forward to seeing some of those new faces in the box soon.
DANIEL HYNDMAN’S (HYM) LIFE CHANGING JOURNEY HAS BEGUN
Well Hym attacked week 2 of his journey with awesome enthusiasm.
He went through a range of emotions during the sessions and as you will see, and rightfully so, came out a very proud man at the end of the week.
As you all know CrossFit isn’t easy and it is the struggles both physically and mentally that we all go through in various WOD’ s that makes us stronger and fitter each time we finish. Each day Hym walked in this week his attitude improved. Each day he walked out he was physically better. As a coach this is all I ask. As a friend it made me proud. Hym’s commitment is something he should be proud of. Whilst his journey has only just begun he is doing everything possible to make sure he gets where he wants to go.
Thank you to everyone that has left comments below or emailed your support, it means a lot to Hym and us.

“Fight Gone Bad”
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 10kg, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 35kg (25kg) (Reps)
Box Jump, 20? box (Reps)
Push-press, 35kg (25kg)(Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
