CrossFit Games Regionals – No midday class on Friday 22nd May

Rob and our Reebok CrossFit Frankston team consisting of Sara, Shaella, Deana, Danny, Matty Bice and Mitch are heading to Wollongong to compete in the CrossFit Games Regionals this weekend, 22nd – 24th of May. We wish them heaps of luck and know they will have an awesome time competing.

Our midday class on Friday the 22nd of May will not be running. All other classes will be running as normal.
