    For time:

    3 Rounds of:
    12 Wall Walks
    60 KB Swings, 24kg (16kg)

    Run 8 x 200m

    3 Rounds of:
    60 Hand Release Push Ups
    32 Burpees

    Rest… then

    Max distance in 2mins of Farmer’s Carry, 105kg

    For reps to count in the two couplets, one team member must be holding their chin over a pull up bar.
