For time:

400m Buddy Carry

4 Rounds of:
12 Power Cleans, 50kg (35kg)
12 Front Squats
12 Push Jerks
12 Thrusters

6 x 100m Sprint

Every time the bar is put down you must complete 5 Burpees.
