Do the following in any order:
1. 5 x 300m Row
2. 4 x 1min Max Reps of Wallballs, 10kg (6kg)
3. 3 x Max reps of Muscle Ups/ Strict Ring Dips
Do this workout in pairs. After you complete your first set your partner will then complete theirs and the time it takes them to complete their set is your rest period.
Post slowest row, total Wallball reps & total Muscle ups/ Strict Ring Dips.
