5 x 3 Snatch Pulls every 1:20
5 x 2 Hang Snatch every 1:20

*If you are an experienced lifter then do Hang Squat Snatches starting just below the knee.

Finisher:
“Isabel”

For time:
30 Snatches, 60kg (40kg)
