WOD: Saturday- 9am Workshop

Wear your best long socks for the workout and after the 9:45am session we will be having a BBQ breakfast so make sure you come down and socialise with your fellow Crossfitters. There will also be a 9am Workshop. See you all there!

    Then:

    AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
    20 OH Lunge Walk 20kg (15kg)
    10 Hand Release Push Ups
    5 Burpees
    Run 200m
