2013 Regionals Timetable 24-27 May

After the CrossFit Games Open, the fittest men, women, and teams from each of the 17 regions around the world will move on to the next phase of the competition – Regionals. We have Rob competing as an individual and we also have Danny, Matt B, Damien, Shaella, Maz & Sarah competing together as a Team. The regionals is a three day competition held in Wollongong N.S.W.

Friday 24th May- 6am, 9:30am & 12pm Sessions Only.
Saturday 25th May- Closed
Monday 27th May- 5:20pm, 6:30pm & 7:30pm Sessions Only.
